• No refunds or returns on markers that have been personalized (items with initials or numbers).
• No refunds or returns after 15 days from the date of purchase on all other items.
• Returned items have a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
• No refunds on the original shipping.

Pb Markers, Inc. charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

At this time, Pb Markers, Inc. ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Pb Marker ships merchandise to Canada and to the United Kingdom, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Markers may have, but not limited to, minor air bubbles, smudges, artifacts, scratches on aluminum surfaces or on the finished epoxy resin coat, and yellowing of epoxy resin over time. Opaque characters, letters and numbers, including motifs may have coarse edges and have a slight twist from true vertical due to the curing process.

All marker sizes stated on the website vary by +/- 1/8th of an inch.
